摘要: Three Weissella confusa and five cibaria strains were previously isolated from human faeces their potential as probiotics was examined in this work. Resistance to low pHs (pH 2.0 3.0) 0.3% bile salt examined. Enzyme activities, susceptibilities heat treatment various antibiotics, adhesion capacities Caco-2 cells also All killed when exposed pH for 2 h but survived at 3.0 with different survival ratios. W. 31 best (20.2%) quite resistant against (128.8%). except one grew well temperature between 15 45 °C all the presence of 6.5% NaCl. 20 showed highest β-galactosidase activity (527.3 ± 23.66 unit/mg protein) had β-glucosidase (115.12 5.3 MRS broth. adhered better than Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG adhesive strain (85 CFU/cell). These results show that some such are fully qualified deserve further application studies.
