摘要: In this chapter the dynamics of molecular motions in mammalian sperm plasma membrane will be discussed. Specifically, we consider nature known or potential forces which control these motions. We only discuss macromolecules that have been identified as having some physiological role and characterized on intact cells using biophysical techniques to gain insight into organization membrane. Information other cell-surface macromolecules, especially cilia flagella, is available a number articles (e.g., Brooks, 1985; Vernon et al, 1985, 1987; Olson Feuchter 1988; Trimmer Vacquier, 1988).
