摘要: A novel CeO2-dispersion-strengthened chromium coating was developed by chromizing a Ni-CeO2 composite film, which prior deposited on mild steel co-electrodeposition of Ni with CeO2 particles from nickel sulfate bath. For comparison two CeO2-free coatings were also prepared the and without Ni-plating. The oxidation performances these investigated at -850 degrees C in simulated coal-combustion gases, N-2 + 5 vol.% O-2 base gas containing 1000 vppm SO2 or/and 20 H2O. There several observations: (1) mass gain all mainly contribution induced oxygen (2) accelerated coatings, but did not have significant effect CeO2-dispersed coating, (3) water vapor greatly increased causing evaporation Cr growing chromia scale, however, its significant.
