摘要: The expression of human leukocyte antigen (HLA) alleles plays an important role in the development and recurrence benign malignant diseases. Association single HLA or haplotypes with neoplastic processes has been investigated previously, correlation between solid tumors, such as head neck cancers uterine cervical squamous epithelial lesions, were reported. However, there is no published data on influence system symptomatic cerebral meningioma, a mostly intracranial tumor mesenchymal origin adults. present investigation comparing frequency 81 adult Caucasian patients central nervous meningiomas to that 157 area- race-matched healthy controls. Both standard serological molecular genetic (PCR) techniques used for typing. Our results suggest association occurrence clinically meningioma. Patients HLA-A*02 had 2.5-fold increased risk meningioma (P = 0.02), those HLA-DQB1*05 1.8-fold 0.05). Conversely, HLA-A*01, -B*08, -DRB1*03 associated 0.4-, 0.5-, 0.5-fold, respectively, decreased 0.008, P 0.05, 0.04). Moreover, rate combinations estimated containing these was strikingly different compared controls: significantly HLA-A*02:DRB1*04 0.02, relative 2.5) HLA-A*02:DRB1*04:DQB1*0302,DQB1*05 0.03, RR 7.5), haplotype HLA-A*01:B*08:DRB1*03 0.01, 0.2). In conclusion, some may protect from predispose developing during life. These associations be indicative involvement immune host antitumor surveillance, recognition, destruction de novo arising cells.
