摘要: Des progres considerables ont ete accomplis au cours des dix dernieres annees dans la comprehension bases genetiques de l’obesite et complications metaboliques qui lui sont associees. Il est maintenant bien etabli que les differentes formes d’obesite constituent etats ayant tendance a se concentrer familles ressemblances familiales qu’on observe en partie determinees par genes. Le nombre genes potentiellement impliques le developpement ne cesse croitre. Cet article fait point sur role l’heredite locus ont, ce jour, associes sein l’etude Quebec.
