摘要: The hypothesis that an increase in the mortality rate of Atlantic salmon would be produced by synergistic effect osmotic stress and due to presence predators was tested putting two groups smolts (one acclimated seawater other not acclimated) into a tank containing predators. These were afterwards seawater-challenge test, together with control for both experimental groups. non-acclimated predator-exposed 90%, 43%, compared no among Lack acclimation did itself induce any lethal stress, but conjunction predator-stress there effect, leading rate. is therefore considered valid.
