摘要: In medical image processing, an accurate segmentation and classification are very important this field still needs effective computer-based algorithm for accomplishing the task. gallbladder segmentation, only few automatic methodologies have been presented. The accuracy is in processing diagnosis of disease. paper, by exploiting basic web building behavior spiders, we developed a bio-inspired based on spider construction process images. aim paper to detect shape segment gallstones polyps located inside using algorithm. It necessary apply suitable preprocessing method order eliminate irregularities presenting ultrasound scan stage, histogram equalization DooG filter applied enhance contrast image. After that, proposed process. performance metrics evaluated implementing test input dataset 60 patients it compared with results obtained from conventional methods. values DSC, OF, OV PE images no lesions 0.873167, 0.8389, 0.81705 0.81452.
