摘要: Cardiac performance is impaired in septic shock. This not only a terminal event the hypodynamic phase of shock but has also been reported frequently during hyperdynamic (high output failure) or an intermediate preceding low failure and cardiac decompensation. Since depressed was first demonstrated as consequence more than 20 years ago by Solis Dowing [1], it experimental (see e.g. [1–7] clinical states [8–13].
