摘要: Abstract A high-resolution electron-excited K emission spectrum of neon has been recorded. The shows transitions in 1–5-times ionized neon. KL1 and KL2,3 satellites are well resolved their relative intensities yield information about the formation multiple vacancy states. number lines have interpreted as triply using a simple shake-off model calculated energies fluorescence yields. One line high-energy part KK hypersatellite. Energies 27 measured, values for 1s state width binding energy presented.
