摘要: Coenurus cerebralis, the metacestode of Taenia multiceps, causes coenurosis, a disease severely affecting goat, sheep, cattle and yak farming resulting in huge economic losses annually. Annexins bind calcium ions play an important role flatworm parasite development. To explore potential functions annexins T. three homologous genes, namely, TmAnxB2, TmAnxB3 TmAnxB12, were screened from transcriptome dataset, amplified C. cerebralis cDNA subjected to bioinformatics analysis. Then, polyclonal antibodies recognizing recombinant TmAnxB2 (rTmAnxB2) rTmAnxB3 prepared for localization different tissues developmental stages by immunofluorescence. The transcription all genes was also measured relative fluorescent quantitative PCR. sizes rTmAnxB2, rTmAnxB12 58.00, 53.06 53.51 kDa, respectively, unstable. Both rTmAnxB2 recognized goat-positive multiceps sera Western blots. Immunofluorescence revealed that localized protoscolex cyst wall detected adult cortex. TmAnxB12 mRNA levels determined be highest oncospheres protoscolex, whereas scolex immature segments. Taken together, these findings indicate may critical roles larvae, while have adults. These results will lay foundation functional research multiceps.
