摘要: MicroRNAs play essential role in breast carcinoma progression and invasion. Our principal goals were to assess clinicopathological prognostic correlations of microRNA-21 (miR-21) expression levels a group 39 Serbian cancer patients with invasive lobular (ILC), ductal (IDC), or mixed (ILC–IDC) carcinomas order discover the miR-21 potential novel form stratification different estrogen receptor (ER) progesterone (PR) status. MiR-21 measured by stem-loop real-time RT-PCR using TaqMan technology. ER, PR, human epidermal growth factor 2 (Her-2), proliferative index (Ki-67) evaluated immunohistochemistry. do not vary among ILC, IDC, ILC–IDC subgroups. varied significantly age, tumor size, Ki-67, grade (p = 0.030, p 0.036, 0.027 0.032, respectively) ER+ PR+ showed higher than their negative status paired groups ER− PR− 0.012 0.018, respectively. positively correlated ER PR ρ 0.379 0.034, 0.345, respectively). findings suggest that emulates transitional might be useful for purpose seek new therapy approaches especially lack response conventional endocrine therapy.
