摘要: Longevity and aging are two sides of the same coin, as they both derive from interaction between genetic environmental factors. Aging is a complex, dynamic biological process characterized by continuous remodeling. One most recent theories on focuses immune response, takes into consideration activation subclinical, chronic low-grade inflammation which occurs with aging, named "inflammaging". Long-lived people, especially centenarians, seem to cope subclinical through an anti-inflammatory called therefore "anti-inflammaging". In present review, we have focused our attention contrast inflammaging anti-inflammaging systems, evaluating role cytokines their impact extreme longevity. Cytokines expression network involving genes, polymorphisms environment, involved in anti-inflammation. We described IL-1, IL-2, IL-6, IL-12, IL-15, IL-18, IL-22, IL-23, TNF-α, IFN-γ pro-inflammatory cytokines, IL-1Ra, IL-4, IL-10, TGF-β1 lipoxin A4 heat shock proteins mediators cytokines. believe that if key understand may be one secrets
