摘要: It will soon be important to retain older workers in the workforce for longer and ensure they are both healthy productive. This paper argues, on theoretical empirical grounds, that doing so it is consider role of work design management. an under-researched area organizational psychology. Based a review available evidence consideration methodological challenges involved, proposed future research agenda should (1) establish life span models management as opposed "age-free" models; (2) place more emphasis contextual research, less broad-brush, epidemiological (3) embark evaluated workplace interventions, cross-sectional studies.
