摘要: Transmission loss of E 11 x and 12 modes in suspended dielectric image guide is measured at about 100 GHz. Commercial high-resistivity silicon used as a low-loss dielectric. Dielectric tangent the separately GHz rectangular waveguide resonator test fixture (1.5±0.5) × 10−4. A copper metal 22.83 mm length to determine transmission modes. Measured mode within 14.6 dB/m 22.1 dB/m. 3.24 3.72 These values are much lower than typical substrate-integrated waveguide, they compare well with co-axial cable, come close air-filled waveguide.
