摘要: In this paper, an alternative technique for the design of harmonically-tuned, dynamic load-modulated power amplifiers is proposed, investigated and compared against traditional load-pull in simulations. The method exploits flexibility “continuous” modes amplifier operation while it optimises harmonic terminations back-off performance. large signal transistor model a 10W GaN device (CGH40010) used to simulate performances at two frequencies 0.9GHz 2GHz. simulated efficiencies intrinsic waveforms show that proposed represents more comprehensive path harmonically tuned PAs. Moreover, can lead optimised performance amplification modulated signals.
