摘要: In this paper, a digital up-sampling technique is presented for communication transmitters. This method allows to up-sample the I/Q baseband modulated signals an intermediate frequency based on 4∶1 multiplexing technique, before being again up-converted at carrier frequency. The conversion made in two steps and permits avoid nonlinear behavior of direct up-converting architectures. Also, mutual coupling between output power amplifier (PA) phase-locked loop (PLL) can be reduced by choosing local oscillator (LO) far enough from A fully integrated CMOS transmitter with chip PA thus becoming feasible. PLL 4.8 GHz has been designed 65 nm process along multiplexer order target band-VII Long Term Evolution (LTE) applications 2.55
