摘要: Many neurologic diseases are related to autoimmune dysfunction and a variety of molecules or reaction pathways involved in the regulation immune function nervous system. Soluble CD83 (sCD83) is soluble form CD83, specific marker mature dendritic cell, which has recently been shown have an immunomodulatory effect. Indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase (IDO; corresponding enzyme intrahepatic, tryptophan 2,3-dioxygenase, TDO), rate-limiting extrahepatic kynurenine pathway (KP) participates immunoregulation through mechanisms solely with synergy sCD83, imbalances metabolites KP were associated dysfunction. With complement sCD83 IDO-KP, previously known axis, this review focused on expanded neuroimmunomodulation axis: sCD83-IDO-KP its involvement system diseases.
