摘要: Wild carrot ( Daucus carota L.) cell suspensions were grown on a mineral salt medium supplemented with 10 mm myo inositol in the presence and absence of 2.25 μm 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4-D), variety carbon sources. The data obtained growth embryo number 2,4-D show that wild able to utilize sucrose, glucose, fructose, galactose, mannose, maltose, raffinose, or stachyose as source. A highly significant correlation between dry weight was regardless carbohydrate source suggesting involvement common intermediate metabolism various sugars. In 2,4-D, formation suppressed. Time course weights increased rate tissue when used rates other sugars remained unchanged under these conditions.
