摘要: Abstract An efficient and low cost multiple bending experiment has been designed to investigate the influence of Bauschinger effect on springback in sheet metal forming. Most elements undergo complicated deformations during forming process. In general, must be considered for obtaining accurate predictions. work reported here, three different AISI steel metals (high strength, bake hard, AKDQ), one type aluminum (AA6111-T4) were used as experimental materials. These materials are widely automobile industry car panels. From these experiments, it can concluded that is more significant AA6111-T4 than steels. Both deformation history predict stamping parts.
