Myxedema With Cardiac Tamponade and Pericardial Effusion of "Gold Paint" Appearance

摘要: WHILE pericardial effusion appears to be a frequent occurrence in patients with myxedema,1-3the development of cardiac tamponade hypothyroid is distinctly unusual.
