摘要: Wireless sensor networks (WSN) show enormous potential for collection and analysis of physical data in real-time. Many papers have proposed methods improving the network reliability WSNs. However, real WSN deployments that data-faults are very common. Several server-side techniques been to detect these faults impute missing or erroneous data. Typically, reduce lifetime due redundant transmission, increase latency, computation storage intensive. Herein, we propose Packet-Level Attestation (PLA), a novel framework assessment. It exploits spatial correlation sensed at nearby sensors. The method does not incur additional transmission control message between source sink; instead, verifier node sends validation certificate as part regular packet. PLA was implemented TinyOS on TelosB motes its performances assessed. Simulations were performed determine scalability. incurs only an overhead 1.45p terms packets transmitted. Fault detection precision varied from 100p 99.48p. Comparisons with existing showed significant reduction prolonging lifetime.
