摘要: OBJECTIVE To analyze the scientific evidence on disclosure of diagnostic adolescents infected by HIV/AIDS in South American context. DATABASE Systematic literature review using PubMed, Cinahal, Embase, Cochrane, BVS, and Global Health databases descriptors: adolescent HIV family Argentina or Bolivia Brasil Chile Colombia Ecuador French Guiana Paraguay Peru Uruguay Venezuela. DATA SYNTHESIS was country highlighted. It verified that parents have a direct indirect influence over adolescents' life, especially regarding behaviors health care. Dialog among members can reduce vulnerability to encourage disclosure. CONCLUSION is necessary amplify research involving with their parents/caregivers improve care cases disease. suggested policies prevention treatment should involve families, caregivers, partners, community.
