摘要: Optimal conditions for extraction of Hypericum perforatum were determined using response surface methodology. A 3 x 4 full factorial design representing three temperatures, four times, and solvent concentrations was executed. The overall efficiency defined by comparing either the total extractable material weight or individual component peak area to luteolin as internal standard. Of tested variables, temperature most significantly affected efficiency. Higher temperatures gave better efficiencies, but high also caused decomposition hypericin. Within test range, responses variables had local maxima. Optimum ranges time concentration overlaid. Considering all optimum (percent ethanol in acetone) 5.0-6.7 h 44-74% at 23 degrees C, 5.4-6.9 45-72% 40 5.3-5.9 44-69% acetone 55 respectively.
