摘要: ABSTRACT Solid–liquid extraction of resveratrol and viniferin from grape cane samples was described by using first-order kinetic model, Peleg's two-site model modified Gompertz equation. Goodness fits the models were evaluated comparing adjusted determination coefficient root mean square error percentage values. Although with four parameters data better, only two parameters, could explain a slight loss goodness fit. The equation showed worst performance for describing solid–liquid stilbenes. PRACTICAL APPLICATIONS The present study introduces comparison well-known applied to stilbene compounds determine best its justifications. Mathematical provide information about system and/or process which they are applied. In design application stages, any that has crucial importance because in decision this know-how helps designers researchers find most effective conditions optimize purposes. accepted as economical ways these
