摘要: Vine shoots are viticulture byproducts recently valorized as important sources of polyphenols. These powerful natural antioxidants used in several industrial applications. The aim this work is to intensify polyphenol extraction from vine (Syrah variety) using energy saving techniques. In study, we chose with green solvent and absence organic solutions. effect NaOH concentrations (0, 1, 10, 100 1000 mM) on was studied. Polyphenol (Folin-Ciocalteu) diffusion coefficients (Fick's second law) were calculated. radical scavenging activity (DPPH assay) extracts determined. identification quantification conducted by High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC). maximal yield (5 mg GAE/g dry matter (DM)), coefficient (9 × 10−12 m2/s), (62 %) the maximum molecular diversity obtained mM solution. We hereby propose an environmentally friendly procedure valorize waste technology, leading recovery target compounds their recycling inside food chain.
