A novel water-soluble near-infrared glucose-conjugated porphyrin: synthesis, properties and its optical imaging effect

摘要: A simple novel near-infrared water-soluble glucose-conjugated porphyrin, 5,15-bis-[(trimethylsilyl)ethynyl]-10,20-bis[4-β-D-glucopyranosyl)phenyl]porphyrin, with good optical stability and high emission ability in region, was synthesized. And Optical Imaging vivo this compound as probe performed on liver tumor-bearing nude mice. The result shows that porphyrin could display information more than 1 cm depth, which implies its potential application cancer diagnosis.
