摘要: Fluorescence imaging provides a non-invasive tool for locating, monitoring and tracking implanted biomaterials in situ. Since alginate hydrogels have been widely applied as scaffolds tissue engineering, delivery carriers or extracellular matrices, the vivo status of is necessary important to their applications. Herein, protoporphyrin incorporated hydrogel was prepared using PEG linker. The structure properties were investigated with rheological analysis, thermogravimetric UV-visible fluorescence spectrophotometry. Hydrogel erosion drug monitored tracked multispectral system nude mice models. results show that exhibits ability good biocompatibility. With guidance imaging, can be reflected Protoporphyrin based potential application imaging.
