摘要: In this paper, a heart-cutting two-dimensional high-performance liquid chromatography coupled with the 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide (MTT) method was established for controlling quality of different batches Hypericum ascyron extract first time. comparison common one-dimensional fingerprint, second-dimensional fingerprint compiled additional spectral data and hence more informative. The H. further evaluated by similarity measures same results were achieved, correlation coefficients ten >0.99. Furthermore, we also antibacterial activity. result demonstrated that not significantly MTT. Finally, MTT powerful tool to characterize samples batch batch. Therefore proposed could be used comprehensively conduct control traditional Chinese medicines.
