摘要: Similarity assessment of complex chromatographic profiles is a potential tool for the identification and quality control herbal medicinal products to guarantee expected biological activity. In this paper, high-performance liquid chromatography method was established controlling extract Hypericum ascyron first time. With method, correlation coefficients similarity 10 batches H. were >0.97. The displayed steadily inhibitorty activities on growth human cervical cancer Hela cell lines. Therefore, present study successfully set up sensitive efficient which might confirm stable activity ascyron.
