摘要: Hypericum ascyron L. (Great St. Johnswort), which belongs to the Hypericaceae family, has been used for treatment of hematemesis, metrorrhagia, rheumatism, swelling, stomach ache, abscesses, dysentery and irregular menstruation >2,000 years in China. The aim present study was clarify anticancer activity compounds from H. underlying molecular mechanism. Anticancer extract evaluated using an MTT assay. To confirm mechanism compounds, Hoechst 33258, Annexin V-fluorescein isothiocyanate/propidium iodide, 2',7'-dichlorodihydrofluorescein diacetate, rhodamine 123 staining caspase-3 analysis were performed. results demonstrated that anti-proliferative action mixture kaempferol 3-O-β-(2″-acetyl) galactopyranoside (K) quercetin (Q) (molar ratio, 1:1) significantly increased compared with either these two separately, active fraction |(HALE). HALE, indicating function may be a synergic effect K Q. Furthermore, inhibitory KQ on growth HeLa cells mediated by induction apoptosis. best our knowledge, is first identify exhibits significant anti-proliferation via apoptotic pathway, also evaluate potential provide rational base use clinic, shed light development novel drugs.
