摘要: Vertical models of communication and information transfer have the tenacity to be static proven ineffective reach those living in lower socioeconomic group society. In this context, a fluid model that emphasizes participation communicative action is more meaningful for sharing knowledge gathering. The study proposes informate–communicate–educate framework serve as guide developing Information Communication Technologies applications mHealth solutions. Based on framework, an application K-unit Health Dashboard KHID developed facilitate reporting tracking reproductive health issues among women marginalized communities State Kerala, India. Through participatory process uses horizontal communication, paper demonstrates how enables sharing, disease surveillance address issues.
