摘要: Examination of the bone marrow (BM) is a standard diagnostic procedure for evaluation patients with malignant lymphoma. Aspiration cytology, flow cytometric immunophenotyping, and histopathological immunohistochemical examination BM biopsies (BMB) are currently techniques, in selected cases supplemented cytogenetics or interphase fluorescence situ hybridization (FISH) [1–3]. Recent technical advances have allowed application ancillary molecular techniques to BMB, which previously was only subjected conventional histological [3, 4].
