摘要: Ontology mapping is seen as a solution provider in today's landscape of ontology research. As the number ontologies that are made publicly available and accessible on Web increases steadily, so does need for applications to use them. A single ontology no longer enough support tasks envisaged by distributed environment like Semantic Web. Multiple be accessed from several applications. Mapping could provide common layer which several accessed and hence exchange information semantically sound manners. Developing such has beeb focus variety of works originating diverse communities over years. In this article we comprehensively review present these works. We also insights on pragmatics elaborate theoretical approach for defining mapping.
