Effect of multi-functional UPFC upon power system oscillation stability

摘要: This paper presents the analysis of interaction between damping and other control functions a unified power flow controller (UPFC) installed in systems. A case negative UPFC voltage DC link capacitor is studied then an algorithm for their co-ordinated design suggested. An example given to demonstrate analytical results success design.
