摘要: We introduce a three-dimensional sensor designed primarily for rough objects that supplies an accuracy is limited only by the roughness of object surface. This differs from conventional optical systems in which depth aperture. Consequently, our high with small aperture, i.e., we can probe narrow crevices and holes. The based on Michelson interferometer, surface serving as one mirror. coherence length light source used. While scanning depth, detect local occurrence interference within speckles emerging object. call this method radar.
