摘要: We investigated the effectiveness of acupuncture in childhood migraine 22 children with migraine, randomly divided into two groups: a true group (12 children) and placebo (10 children). Ten healthy served as control group. Opioid activity blood plasma was assayed by methods: (1) determination total (panopioid) an opiate radioreceptor assay, (2) β-endorphinlike immunoreactivity radioimmunoassay. The treatment led to significant clinical reduction both frequency intensity. At beginning study, significantly greater panopioid evident than showed gradual increase plasma, which correlated improvement. After tenth treatment, values opioid were similar those group, whereas exhibited insignificant changes activity. In addition, β-endorphin levels observed patients who treated compared before or results suggest that may be effective headaches it leads opioidergic system.
