摘要: Lithobius forficatus (Myriapoda, Chilopoda, Lithobiidae) is a widespread species of centipede that common across Europe. Its midgut epithelial cells are an important line defense against toxic substances originate in food, such as pathogens and metals. Despite this role, the biology epithelium not well known. Here we describe ultrastructure epithelium, replacement degenerated cells. The L. composed digestive, secretory, regenerative cytoplasm digestive shows regionalization organelle distribution, which consistent with role these secretion enzymes, absorption nutrients, accumulation lipids glycogen. Secretory cells, do reach luminal surface possess numerous electron-dense electron-lucent granules may have endocrine function. Hemidesmosomes anchor secretory to basal lamina. Regenerative play stem they able proliferate differentiate. Their proliferation occurs continuous manner, their progeny differentiate only into regeneration was observed. Mitotic divisions were confirmed using immunolabeling BrdU phosphohistone H3. Hemocytes associate accumulating between visceral muscles beneath lamina epithelium. also occur among animals infected Rickettsia-like microorganisms. These hemocytes presumably immunoprotective function midgut.
