摘要: In this work, an electrochemical aptasensor for the sensitive detection of platelet-derived growth factor BB (PDGF-BB) is fabricated based on leaf-like VS2 nanosheets which are prepared by a facile hydrothermal method. The scanning electron microscopy and transmission images demonstrate that as-prepared constructed with many irregular sheets in structure thickness several nanometers. depositing Au nanoparticles (AuNPs) nanosheet modified glassy carbon electrode then immobilizing aptamer. Using AuNP/VS2 composite as sensing platform greatly enhances effective surface area thus amplifying response. proposed can sensitively detect PDGF-BB low limit 0.4 pM over wide target concentration range 0.001 nM to 1.0 nM. has been successfully applied determination human urine samples results compared well those reference ELISA method, indicating its promise biochemical analysis.
