摘要: Abstract Microwave absorption in transparent ceramics or minerals containing no transition metals may be due to losses caused by ionic “rattling” a rigid cage. Evidence for this appears the fact that some zeolites can melted matter of seconds standard kitchen-type microwave oven with frequency 2.45 GHz. This dielectric heating behavior is controlled part topology anionic framework, location and nature exchange ions within framework. Faujasite (Linde 13X) Linde type A saturated Na + are strongest absorbers. rapid microwaves opens up new method processing these important materials, ceramic bodies them general.
