Solid Solution in Zinc Blende Type A2 IIIB3VI Compounds

摘要: Ranges of solid solution have been investigated in systems composed either two A2 IIIB3VI compounds or one AIIIBV and A2IIIB3VI compound. It is found that practically all cases considered complete throughout the whole range composition can be obtained, but some this equilibrium condition only reached under special conditions temperature time annealing. The possibility ordering occurrence low miscibility gaps investigated.
