摘要: A novel and facile approach of pathogenic bacteria detection, which utilizes fluorescent sensing capture with Magnetic carbon dots (Mag-CDs), was proposed in this work. nanoparticles were synthesized then decorated C-dots, further functionalized amine groups (chitosan). In way, strongly anchored on the hybrid material Mag-CDs for highly sensitive detection. The characterized by UV-vis, FT-IR spectra, TEM images, XRD, EDX. characterizations validate fabrication amine-Mag-CDs promising applications material. Fluorescence spectroscope MALDI-MS used detection identification bacterial strains, respectively. limit Staphylococcus aureus Escherichia coli found to be 3 × 10(2) 3.5 × 10(2) cfu mL(-1), With these encouraging results, it is expected that would open revenues nanomaterial.
