摘要: We present and discuss a theoretical model of an organization's ethical infrastructure, defined as the organizational elements that contribute to effectiveness. propose infrastructure is composed both formal informal elements—including communication, surveillance, sanctioning systems—as well climates for ethics, respect, justice. nature relationship between these behavior, relative strength each elements, their impact on other. Theoretical practical implications this are presented.
