摘要: This empirical study of Fortune 1000 firms assesses the degree to which those have adopted various practices associated with corporate ethics programs. The examines following aspects formalized activity: ethics-oriented policy statements; formalization management responsibilities for ethics; free-standing offices; and compliance telephone reporting/advice systems; top departmental involvement in activities; usage training other awareness investigatory functions; evaluation program activities. Results show a high adoption policies, but wide variability extent these policies are implemented by supporting structures managerial In effect, vast majority committed low cost, possibly symbolic side (e.g., codes etc.). But differ substantially their efforts see that or actually put into practice.
