摘要: Because of the prevalence hypertension in adult population, a substantial proportion major surgical procedures will be performed on patients who either are hypertensive or receiving antihypertensive medications. Such represent challenge to internist, surgeon, and anesthesiologist, not only because association with more serious cardiovascular disease but also special attention that must given such during anesthesia surgery.
