摘要: The overall performance measurement of a healthcare system should be related to benefits realisation optimisation, looking for equilibrium between resource utilization (cost and time) services provided (access quality). built environment seen, not only as context, but also resource that enables potentially impacts on operations efficiency, influencing care service efficacy. Based an extensive literature review, focus group discussion, case studies, this paper gives perspective the BeReal (benefits realisation) model structure and, describes selected group benefits which are used preliminarily high-level targets (strategic sub benefits), organising basis further characterisation detailed (end) benefits. In line with that, scope is discussed and characterised through criteria (i.e. lifecycle view, organisational view other dimensions). For some these roadmap proposed, emphasising research that could lead to fundamental improvements in model, more precisely in specification segmentation, within context UK healthcare sector.
