摘要: Abstract The focus of the research reported herein was to investigate effects phase changes, as occur during Fe catalyst activation and Fischer–Tropsch synthesis, on attrition resistance. Different conditions (CO, H2 or syngas) were applied prior testing a selected spray-dried containing 9.1 wt.% binder SiO2, which had been shown have highest resistance in our early study calcined catalysts. Although, XRD indicated that different compositions resulted differently activated samples, chemical not observed for any samples. BET surface areas samples smaller than precursor but no significant changes pore volume particle size found. resistances found be similar this catalyst. Attrition previously governed by density, has earlier relate SiO2 network It is therefore suggested type concentration incorporated preparation catalysts much more impact change presence CO, H2+CO.
