摘要: Abstract Aluminum granules were coated with a plasma polymer of tetraethoxysilane (TEOS) for the corrosion protection in alkaline solutions. For examination resistance, aluminum samples dipped into solutions and dissolved amounts L -value (lightness) surface measured. At pH 10, almost no was found solution, little affected metallic appearance retained. 11, some ion solution but its amount reduced significantly compared uncoated one. From X-ray photoelectron spectroscopic study, plasma-polymerized TEOS film to still contain large portion organic groups.
