摘要: Over the years, physical activity and exercise have been used to positively impact health quality of life persons infected with HIV and, more recently, has associated a spectrum body composition changes. The aim this review was examine effects various interventions on in positive adults, using search strategy randomized, controlled trials (RCTs). A systematic performed by five independent reviewers predetermined protocol adapted from previous research for assessing articles inclusion, extracted data, methodological quality. Eight RCTs involving 430 (26% female) adults performing minimum thrice weekly at least six weeks were finally selected: Four progressive resistance training (PRT) studies, three aerobic (AT) one involved yoga. In PRT there significant increases anthropometric measures, namely, mass, sum skinfolds limb girths. AT decreases found seven mass index, waist-hip ratio, triceps skinfold, waist circumference skinfolds. With yoga, changes non-significant. Exercise contributes improved when applied safely, appears be beneficial living HIV/AIDS. However, these findings should interpreted cautiously due relatively few published date. Future studies would benefit increased attention sample size, female participants, participant follow-up, complete statistical analysis intention-to-treat analysis.
