摘要: Interferon (IFN) was discovered in 1957 [1] as an antiviral agent. It is a protein which exerts virus non-specific activity, at least homologous cells, through cellular metabolic processes involving synthesis of both RNA and [2]. There are three known antigenic types IFN number subtypes [3]. Leucocyte IFN, or α produced by leucocytes fibroblasts, β only fibroblasts on exposure to viruses synthetic ribonucleotides. Immune [4], γ lymphocytes response antigens T cell mitogens.
