摘要: Network Offloading schemes play a vital role when there is massive growth in the capacity of Next Generation Networks. The aggregation LTE (Long Term Evolution) and WLAN (Wireless Local Area Network) meant to provide service with seamless connectivity for User Equipment (UE). There are two major issues that have been identified existing RSSI (Received Signal Strength Indicator) based offloading scheme such as: i) it fails better performance ii) requires frequent reconnection establishing dual connectivity. UE (User Equipment) approach lot signaling between Radio access network thus lacks resource utilization energy efficiency. needs specific entity. In proposed LWA-SA (LTE Aggregation-SDN Assisted) which an SDN (Software Defined Networking) scheme. this, controller keeps track ongoing sessions after offloading. Here, algorithm used on Access Discovery Selection Function (ANDSF) purpose selecting efficient Wi-Fi point increases throughput reduces delay also provides UE.
